Supporting you through your lactation journey so you can thrive.
Women who struggle with breastfeeding are more likely to suffer from postpartum depression, nipple trauma, infections, and early or immediate cessation of breastfeeding. Breastfeeding and pumping aren’t easy, and with so much misleading information on the internet it can be challenging to know what’s right for you. Getting help from a Certified Lactation Counselor allows for individualized care specific to YOUR needs.

What’s Different About Me
Within my current role as an NICU nurse I have worked closely with moms who are struggling to meet their infants needs through successful breastfeeding, pumping, or both. I have years of experience feeding premature and term infants, helping moms initiate breastfeeding, as well as my own personal experience struggling to initiate and maintain successful breastfeeding with my own child. I have knowledge of the physiological changes that occur related to prematurity and can confidently adjust my clients needs based on the developmental age of your baby.
